These exercises are appropriate for all moms–whether you have a new baby, or your “baby” is several years old and you are just now recognizing the importance of starting back at the basics.

Melissa, pelvic health physiotherapist and Amy, personal trainer, will take you through this 6 week program to help restore you core, pelvic floor, and confidence. The program incorporates 3 important pillars; the postpartum body explained, self care and introductory core and pelvic floor exercises.
