This Postpartum Recovery course includes six in depth modules that help you navigate your postpartum body.
It will help with proper self-care as a busy new mom and help with managing stress.
You will go through three exercises each week to help your progress your unique body and heal. The exercises are demonstrated in a video and provided in a PDF document.
This course is for vaginal birth moms and c-section birth moms. You will get information on your pelvic floor, your transversus abdominis muscles and how to continue to progress exercise once you’ve completed this program.
